Light and Luscious Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Thanks to Bountiful Baskets I can not only make my cake I can eat it too. I used my homemade applesauce and fresh zucchini from one of my baskets to make a moist and light cake. I did a semi sweet chip frosting to keep it simple. Every one deserves a special treat once in a while so why not try this, you won’t be disappointed.

  2. Is the zucchini raw and grated?

  3. So sorry for the mess up. 2/3 cup of unsweetened applesauce. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cider vinegar to sour the milk. They are busy fixing the recipe. Again sorry for the mess up.

    How much apple sauce?

This recipe needs to be corrected. It does not list applesauce in list of ingredients but does in the instructions. Also the notes regarding souring milk are not complete. What do you add 1/2 tsp. of??
