Just Juice

I have heard that I’m a “bird of a different feather” because in my house; fruit is the last thing to get used. Sometimes I have a hard time using it. I would much rather get all vegetables! I can use fruit to make pies, a snack here or there; but mostly, we struggle to use the fruit up. One thing I have found to help me beat the battle of the forgotten fruit is a juicer! I bought it with the best of intentions to use it on a regular basis. That hasn’t happened. But it does come in handy when I’m feeling like a sweet drink, but I don’t want all of the “store bought” garbage that comes with most juices. If there is one thing I’m picky about, its juice. I don’t drink it often, but when I do. I want it to be fresh, taste good and not come with all the loaded concentrate and added sugar.
So whether it be for a weekend brunch, an evening treat, or a new daily addition to your routine. Juicing is pretty simple and an easy way to provide healthy, quick results for yourself and your family!
Ps….Anyone can juice, just throw together whatever sounds good and go with it!! 🙂

Stay tuned tomorrow for some fruit juiced popsicles.
