This refreshing blueberry and watermelon smoothie lets the delightful sweetness of ripe blueberries take center stage, but also letting the refreshing coolness of the watermelon peek through. Great smoothie for a hot summer day!

Blueberry Watermelon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3 cups diced watermelon
  • 3 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups ice
  • 5 oz greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Toss the fruit in the blender and puree for 30 seconds or until smooth
  2. Add in the yogurt and ice, and blend another 30-60 seconds, until no ice chunks remain
  3. Serve immediately in a glass, or portion into popsicle molds and freeze 3-4 hours before serving.
