This refreshing blueberry and watermelon smoothie lets the delightful sweetness of ripe blueberries take center stage, but also letting the refreshing coolness of the watermelon peek through. Great smoothie for a hot summer day!
Blueberry Watermelon Smoothie
Ingredients
- 3 cups diced watermelon
- 3 cups blueberries
- 2 cups ice
- 5 oz greek yogurt
Instructions
- Toss the fruit in the blender and puree for 30 seconds or until smooth
- Add in the yogurt and ice, and blend another 30-60 seconds, until no ice chunks remain
- Serve immediately in a glass, or portion into popsicle molds and freeze 3-4 hours before serving.
