You dip bread like you’re making french toast and line a few small ramekins with the bread, then fill it with your apple mixture and top with a slice of the french toast – then bake – – it’s like the best mini apple pie ever!!! • This morning I made a baked German Apple Pancake. It was a great way to start the morning.Filling:
  1 Granny Smith
  2 tsp. butter
  1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  1 tsp. cinnamonPancake:
  1/2 cup flour
  1 tbsp. sugar
  1/4 tsp. salt
  2 eggs
  1/2 cup milk
  2 tsp. butter, meltedPreheat oven to 400. Peel and slice apple. Melt butter add apple, brown sugar and cinnamon and cook 20 minutes until tender.

  Combine dry ingredients. In another bowl whisk eggs, milk and butter and then add to dry mixture. Pour into greased baker and then Spoon apple mixture over the top. Bake 20-23 minutes. Remove from oven an sprinkle with powdered sugar.
